Terms and Conditions of Service for Visitors of THiNKNET Design Studio
The terms and conditions outlined below (hereinafter referred to as the "Terms of Service") constitute a contract between THiNKNET Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as the "Company"), the provider of content related to travel books, map-related products, printed media, as well as any future products, features, or online services of THiNKNET Design Studio ("THiNKNET Design Studio").

Definitions
Under these Terms of Service, unless otherwise specified, the following "words" and "phrases" shall have the meanings as defined below:
“THiNKNET Design Studio” : refers to the website and services displaying content related to travel books, map-related products, printed media, as well as any future products, features, or online services of THiNKNET Design Studio.
“Data” : refers to text, audio files, music, images, videos, and other similar content.
"Services" : refers to the services offered on THiNKNET Design Studio, including the provision of useful information for users.
1. Scope of Services
All intellectual property related to THiNKNET Design Studio, including data, content, and services created and developed on the website and/or various applications of THiNKNET Design Studio, or obtained during the course of providing services, are the exclusive rights of the Company. It is strictly prohibited to reproduce, copy, duplicate, modify, publish, or perform any other action to distribute to the public or for commercial gain without prior written consent from the Company.
The Company shall not be held liable for any damages, expenses, or losses that may arise from the provision of services, including delays in data transmission, timing of information publication, disruptions or other obstacles to accessing THiNKNET Design Studio services, connection issues, display errors, system stability, or computer viruses, provided that reasonable care or appropriate measures have been taken under the circumstances.
The Company shall not be liable for any failure or defects in the provision of services, whether in part or in whole, resulting from non-compliance with the terms of this agreement.
2. Liability
The Company shall not be liable, whether in contract and/or tort or in any disputes, in the following cases:
Any errors or defects that occur or may occur from the use of THiNKNET Design Studio services, or any other obstacles to the use of THiNKNET Design Studio services, or the loss of data or any damage resulting from improper use by the user due to non-compliance with the terms of this agreement.
3. Marketing and Data Collection
The Company will collect data on the usage statistics of the website and/or various applications of THiNKNET Design Studio to design and develop the website and/or applications to better meet the needs of users.
4. Governing Law
These Terms of Service and any other contracts related to this agreement shall be governed and enforced under the laws of the Kingdom of Thailand.
